Ingredients

2 sliced zucchini
1 onion, chopped
2 celery, chopped
8 cups potato cubes
3 cups chicken stock
¼ cup flour
½ cup butter
¼ Kilo meat burger (mini burger)
½ cup milk
¼ cup yogurt or sour cream
¼ Kilo Swiss cheese slices
salt and pepper

Method

• Heat ¼ cup of butter in a deep pan. Add onion, celery and grated zucchini. Stir for 5
Minutes
• Add potatoes and stock. Stir and reduce the heat until potatoes get cooked.
• In another pan heat the rest of the butter with the flour over a medium heat for few minutes. Add vegetables mixture. Stir until get an identical ingredient.
• Fried the mini burger in another pan. Put in small bread with cheese.
• Add sour cream to the soup. Stir.
• Ladle and decorate with burger sandwiches.
