Ingredients

2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 ½ cup tomato juice
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Method

• Sauté garlic in a saucepan, over medium heat, stir for 2 minutes.
• Add tomato juice, season with salt, pepper and cayenne, bring to a boil.
• Reduce heat, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
• Add vinegar, let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
