Ingredients

2 cups sesame seeds
1/4 cup fresh coriander
1/4 cup fresh mint
6-8 fresh curry leaves
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons yoghurt
3 tablespoons tamarind paste (tamir hindi)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon hot sauce
Salt and pepper

Method

- roast the sesame seed in a pan on the heat, then grind it and place it in a deep bowl
- in a food processor o blender mix the coriander, mint, vinegar and lemon juice
- then add the yoghurt, tamarind, and the oil and mix until u get a thick liquid
- season with salt and pepper and add the hot sauce
- add this mixture to the sesame seeds and mix well
- place in serving dish and serve with bread
